City of Fairfax is seeking a temporary refuse and recycling worker in the Public Works Department, Refuse and Recycling Division. The position is for three months and could transition to a part-time benefited role subject to funding.
Duties include performing semi-skilled recycling, refuse, brush, appliance and yard waste collection; work Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; must be able to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in varying weather.
