Client Services Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:

  • Create exceptional first and last impressions for every client and pet
  • Build lasting relationships through compassionate communication and genuine hospitality
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care efficiently
  • Answer phones, emails, and text messages with professionalism and empathy
  • Educate clients about preventive care, pet health, financing options, and our services
  • Process invoices, payments, and medical records accurately
  • Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, boarding, and grooming teams
  • Help keep the hospital running smoothly through organization, teamwork, and attention to detail
  • Support a positive, welcoming environment for clients, pets, and teammates

Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience
Preferred
  • Veterinary, medical, dental, or healthcare experience
  • Reception or hospitality experience
  • Experience with ezyVet or other veterinary software
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology
Schedule
  • Four weekday shifts (7:30 AM–5:00 PM)
  • Rotating Saturday shift (8:0 AM–10:00 AM)
Compensation

Starting at $17/hour
, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
