First Shift (6AM - 2:30PM)
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled individual that has experience with document control systems with specific knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015. This role will play a crucial part in the migration of site documents into a single source document control system. It will also have a large part in our journey to become ISO 9001 Certified across our Centralia, Illinois and Tempe, Arizona sites.
Responsibilities
• Develop and Maintain documentation related to ISO 9001 Certification, the Quality Management System and Document Control.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards through accurate record keeping.
• Conduct document control auditing.
• Collaborate between multiple departments to develop and document processes accurately.
• Assist with documentation of Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) and Customer Complaint interface in Salesforce.
• Assist in data analysis for internal and external defects and Root Cause Analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Two years of technical documentation experience is required and 5 years in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, measuring and documenting quality concerns, corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Experience with quality control processes and measuring tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
$17.20 - $31.90 Per Hour
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
