DC Quality Control Teammate - 1st Shift

Overview

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Quality Control Associate to join our distribution center team in Smithton, PA for the 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM). Hourly Rate: $17.75/hr

• Responsible for chargebacks and capturing vendor errors.
• Verifies that MHE label application is correct to standards.
• Audits outbound processing totes for accuracy.
• Completes carton audits at shipping to identify correct pallet placement & store location.
• Completes trailer audits.
• Audits OSO packets to ensure correct paperwork is being provided to Receiving.
• Audits back stock locations to ensure correct product is in location.
• Audits store-to-store transfers to ensure correct product is being transferred.
• Search building for vendor compliance issues.
• Other audits & duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Willing to be certified on equipment, based on location.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull & lift cartons/bins weighing up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
• Comfortable reporting errors to department Supervisor (interact & defend position).
• Proficient in WMS, PMMS.
