Position Summary

We are seeking a Chemist III to support Stability and Reference Standard Operations within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating stability studies, managing reference standard programs, analyzing data trends, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytical laboratories, stability programs, and scientific data analysis, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage stability studies and reference standard programs to support commercial and development products.
  • Author, revise, and maintain stability protocols and study documentation.
  • Manage sample procurement, storage, dispensing, and placement within stability chambers.
  • Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Review, verify, and maintain study-related data and system records.
  • Analyze and trend stability data to identify atypical results, negative trends, and quality concerns.
  • Prepare data summaries, reports, graphs, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Support investigations, exception management, and change control activities.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Analytical Development, and other cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Experience supporting stability programs, analytical testing, or quality laboratory operations in a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience reviewing, trending, and reporting scientific data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and compliance.
