Quality Assurance Technician
Wage: $21+/hr (depending on experience)
Location:
Stephenson County IL
Schedule:
6:00PM - 6:00AM, rotating 12-hour shifts
Shift: 1st shift
Responsibilities- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Conduct product inspections, testing, and basic documentation review
- Identify and report quality issues; assist with corrective actions as needed
- Support internal audits and regulatory inspections
- Follow established quality procedures and assist in maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain accurate quality records, logs, and reports
- 1–3+ years of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and FDA/USDA regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills
