Location: Woburn
Eaton's Woburn, MA facility, formerly Boyd Thermal, designs and manufactures Aluminum Vacuum Brazed Heat Exchangers and Cold Plates for aerospace/defense applications. The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
The role collaborates with Process Engineering, Production, and cross-functional teams in a regulated environment, driving 8D/Root Cause analysis, SPC/FAI, and supplier quality initiatives.
