Winland Foods is seeking a Certified Quality Team Member to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance on the 2nd shift (5:00pm–3:30am). The role involves hands-on quality checks, inspections, and collaboration with production and sanitation teams at our Elk Grove Village facility in IL.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and familiarity with SAP and QA documentation.
