The Porter is accountable for clearing tables of dirty dishes and linen in a safe, fast, and efficient manner.

• Efficiently clean tables of dirty dishes, linen, silverware, and transport to the kitchen. Responsible for accurately setting tables.
• Keep work area clean, including moving tables and chairs, clearing tables, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc.

• Ability to use a bus cart, dolly, bus tubs, glass, and silverware rack.
• Knowledge or ability to learn of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of food.

Part‑Time; varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.
