Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time

Join the Haven of St. Elmo Team! Haven of St. Elmo is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Dietary Aides to join our dietary services team. We have full-time and part-time openings available. As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents by serving meals with care and helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.

• Serve meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served according to residents' dietary needs.
• Set up meal trays, carts, and dining areas.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation.
• Prepare and distribute snacks.
• Follow portion control, food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and guests.

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Previous food service or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
