JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for greeting all employees and fitting them in proper uniforms.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

Must greet all employees with a positive attitude in a courteous manner.

Responsible for filling out proper forms when issuing uniforms to employees. Must make sure all forms are signed and dated and filed in the correct place.

Conduct fitting on all employees by measuring for a proper fit and labeling every garment.

Responsible for hemming and altering any or all uniforms after fitting is completed.

Responsible for mending all issued uniforms as needed to ensure that the life of the uniforms is extended as much as possible.

When incoming stock arrives must count each garment and compare it to the invoice for proper billing.

Place all incoming stock in proper place for distribution.

Assist Wardrobe Manager in inventory count at the end of each year.

Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner always.

Responsible for all upholstering on property.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a wardrobe or related position which includes knowledge of alterations to clothing.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment

GAMING

Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
