Papa John's - 5028 North 2nd Street - Responsibilities:
Supervise shifts and/or work areas in the operation of a Papa John’s restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability;
Respond professionally and promptly to customer concerns or issues, solicit feedback, and use it to improve restaurant operations;
Communicate, train and promote quality standards to team members using the Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook;
Supervise a restaurant team, maintain appropriate shift staffing, train team members to exceed customer expectations, ensure appearance standards, and coach for improved performance;
Contribute to sales goals through prompt, friendly service and by training staff on product knowledge and sales execution; contribute to profit goals by adhering to company guidelines and managing cash, inventory, and assets safely
