Sushi Chef

We are seeking a Sushi Chef / Sushi Line Cook
to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing sushi items quickly and consistently while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.

• Prepare sushi rolls and menu items according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized sushi station
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

• Previous kitchen or sushi experience preferred (not required for entry-level roles)
• Basic knife skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
