Position Summary:
Our food and beverage team at Cutalongat Tributer Resort isseekinga friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questionsregardingfood and beverages
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards
- Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to requests
- Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests depart
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Process bills and handle payments accurately (cash, card, or other methods)
- Upselladditionalproducts and special menu items when appropriate
- Prior experience as a server preferred but training will be provided
- Working knowledge of fine wine and spirits service is a plus
- Food Handlers certificationrequiredupon hiring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and memory skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift trays up to 25lbs
Salary: $12 per hour (hourly)
