We're looking for passionate individuals to join our team! As a Barista, you will be an essential part of our cafe's warm and inviting atmosphere, providing exceptional experiences to our valued customers.

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, and process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cafe, including the coffee preparation and guest dining areas.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistently high-quality drinks.
• Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings, able to answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide excellent service.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the well-being of both customers and fellow employees.
• Exhibit a positive and professional attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.

• Prior experience as a barista or in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
