What You'll DoWelcome guests with friendly, energetic, and professional service

Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon products according to brand standards

Deliver accurate orders and provide an exceptional guest experience

Operate registers and handle cash, payments, and transactions accurately

Maintain product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready

Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work for every scheduled shift

Maintain reliable attendance and follow established call-out procedures

Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and complete tasks with attention to detail

Support teammates during busy periods and work collaboratively to achieve store goals

Follow all company policies, procedures, and brand standards

Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude every shift

What We're Looking For Must be 18 years of age or older

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Demonstrated commitment to punctuality, including arriving on time, prepared, and ready to begin work at the scheduled start of each shift

Dependable attendance record with the ability to consistently meet scheduled shifts

Ability to proactively communicate scheduling conflicts, emergencies, or absences in accordance with company policies

Strong work ethic and commitment to being dependable, accountable, and team-oriented

Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and brand standardsTB clearance required (if applicable by location)
Previous food service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, teamwork, and guest service skills

Basic math skills and confidence using point-of-sale systems

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout a shift

Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including around ovens, prep areas, and walk-in coolers

Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and store technology systems

Demonstrates honesty, integrity, accountability, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow Ready to Roll?
