We are currently hiring Seasonal Full Time staff for October through December.

Skokie Country Club is currently seeking experienced Bussers/ Food Runners to join our Food and Beverage team. Private clubs are unlike any other industry. Dining rooms and banquets need food and beverage professionals with a willingness to provide outstanding service to our members and their guests.

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing positive relationships with members and guests throughout the club
• Constantly delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Stock, organize, and maintain restaurant equipment, storage, dining room, and terraces
• Stock and maintain all snack areas
• Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant
• Perform all side work as assigned
• Keep the dining rooms, bars, and terraces clean, safe, and presentable at all times while always providing friendly and attentive service-Excel in the delivery of food and beverages to members and guests
• Set, maintain, and clear all tables in the restaurant, bar, and on the terraces
• Deliver water, bread, plates, silverware, and napkins as needed
• Assist with setup, and maintain all lunch and dinner buffets for club events and/ or private member events
• Own every member request
• Any other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage managers or Clubhouse manager

All F&B Managers, Assistant General Manager

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older
• Must have upbeat, outgoing positive attitude
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work affectively with a team
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Willingness to learn
• Previous bussing experience a plus
• Experience in private clubs is a plus
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, Club events, and most Holidays
• Must possess a true desire to satisfy the needs of members and guests in a fast paced environment
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50lbs.
• Must be Food Handler Certified

Competitive hourly rate based on experience starting from $18 - $19/hr this is a non-tipping position.
