Lawrence's Fish & Shrimp is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking team members to join our Olympia Fields restaurant. If you enjoy working with people, providing great customer service, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you! Whether you have previous restaurant experience or are looking for a new opportunity, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Starting wage: $15.50-$16.00 per hour

As a Team Member, you will help create an amazing guest experience for our guests by:

• Greet customers with energy and a smile
• Take guest orders and handle payment transactions
• Learn to connect with guests and build more regular guests
• Prepare and cook food to the standard for perfect consistency
• Package and check orders for accuracy before handing to the guest
• Learn and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Assist in opening and closing the restaurant
• Restock and organize the restaurant for sales volume

• Enjoy making our guests feel appreciated
• Are willing to learn and take on different responsibilities
• Are punctual and dependable
• Enjoy when the environment gets fast paced and busy
• Can communicate well in a team environment
• Legally can work in the United States
