Overview
Key Holder role at Psycho Bunny. Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $18.50/hr join the Bold Side of Retail at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago (on-site).
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. Ensures consistently high customer experience in line with Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.
Your Daily Adventures- Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
- Understand and maintain own level of product knowledge and communicate it to customers; support Team Members in product knowledge.
- Payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain a highly profitable location while upholding high service levels.
- Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business.
- Manage and monitor loss prevention.
- Manage and achieve all inventory and shrink goals; oversee physical inventory.
- Execute and process merchandise, including incoming and outgoing transfers; communicate opportunities to the store manager.
- Ensure execution and maintenance of visual directives and presentation standards.
- Comply with OSHA requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment for all store team members and customers.
- Assist with other duties as required by the store manager and collaborate with Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
- 1-year minimum retail management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture
