Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

$17.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Sam’s Club stores anticipate member needs through order and association of a team that represents member satisfaction across our freezers, coolers, and deli section. As a member of the freezer, cooler, and deli team, you’ll keep shelves stocked, maintain food safety standards, and provide an excellent customer service experience. You’ll play a vital role operating the cold chain logistics that keep our products ready for pick‑up and sale, contributing to Sam’s Club’s reputation for excellence.

• Ensure high‑quality products are available for members by stocking, packing and displaying items correctly.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and temperature‑controlled freezers, coolers, and deli areas, including monitoring fans, drains and doors.
• Verify expiration dates, remove and dispose of poorer‑quality food, and replenish inventory.
• Provide member service: greet, identify member needs, assist product selection, and resolve issues.
• Follow all safety and food‑handling procedures, including proper forklift spotting, hazardous material disposal, and cold‑chain requirements.
• Complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation accurately and on time.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for stocking and customer service.
• Member‑satisfaction focused, with the ability to seek solutions and adapt to change.
• Comfortable with quick change, and capable of handling diverse work scenarios.
• Curious, creative thinker who uses out‑of‑box thinking.
• Experience with cold‑storage or deli stocking is preferred.
