Responsibilities

The Sales Support Associate plays an integral role in store success and efficiency, delivering friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well‑maintained sales floor.

  • Cash wrap: greet customers, capture name/email where permitted, maintain POS accuracy, suggest add‑ons and gift cards, and represent Coach brand with professionalism.
  • Stockroom/warehouse: receive shipments, scan cartons, communicate discrepancies, process transfers, organize stockroom, manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain loss‑prevention standards.
  • Sales floor: analyze floor replenishment needs, replenish zones, execute visual merchandising, support floor activities, communicate product availability, respond to customer requests, and uphold housekeeping standards.
Qualifications

Experience:

1‑3 years of previous retail experience (cashier/stock, sales) in a luxury environment, with current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Technical skills: cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS, internet), and walkie‑talkie use.

Physical requirements:

fast pace, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lb (often 50 lb) for product shipment/transfers.

Schedule:

flexible shift availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic sales days.

Benefits

Base pay range: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour. Eligible employees receive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; paid time off; and additional compensation through product discounts and incentives.
