Join our dynamic team as a Retail Inventory Control Specialist (RICS), where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store inventory is accurately managed and replenished. As an expert in inventory procedures, you will enhance the customer experience by keeping our sales floor fully stocked with the merchandise needed to help us achieve our sales goals. You'll manage the flow of inventory, ensure proper documentation, and maintain an organized stock room, all while fostering a welcoming environment for our community.

Key Responsibilities- Promote a customer-focused service culture to build lasting relationships.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory with precision and compliance.
- Verify deliveries against company standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
- Apply EAS tags as required to maintain loss prevention standards.
- Input freight information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Efficiently execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets, and markdowns.
- Educate the sales team on inventory procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a productive work environment by achieving units per hour targets.
- Keep the stock room tidy and compliant with all regulations.
- Follow local, state, and federal laws as well as company policies.
- Maintain professionalism in all communications with customers and team members.
- Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
- Availability for varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to extend hours when necessary.
- Brand & Product Knowledge: Understands Boot Barn's brand and effectively communicates product benefits.
- Customer-Centric Sales: Provides service-driven experiences that foster customer loyalty and drive sales.
- Operational Efficiency: Completes inventory processes accurately and timely to support store operations.
- Professionalism: Demonstrates respect, accountability, and adaptability in a team environment.
- Visual Standards: Ensures store presentation meets brand standards through effective merchandising and organization.
- Competitive hourly rate ($17.00 - $19.00) plus monthly sales bonuses.
