Maintain a visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft;
Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft and identify suspicious behavior;
Effectively communicate theft indicators to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention Leadership;
Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives;
Observe and validate proper checkout procedures and support Loss Prevention initiatives
