The pay listed for this position may vary based on experience. Compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening, including training and experience, location, required travel and market conditions.

• Interact with customers in finding quality products
• Create an atmosphere that customers love to visit, including cleanliness, product presentation & accurate signage
• Support company initiatives such as the Blain Rewards Program, associate referrals, and recognition program
• Provide solutions that give customers a positive shopping experience
• Maintain a safe work environment

• Strong communication skills
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
• Ability to pass a background check
