Manage all employees and store operations to ensure timely completion of tasks including ordering, receiving, stocking, merchandising, staffing, cash handling, shrink control, and customer service;
Review operating statements to identify sales trends and opportunities for expense control and shrink reduction;
Ensure in-stock targets, proper signage, pricing, and merchandise presentation;
Develop and maintain employee work schedules, train and coach staff, and address performance or conduct issues;
Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws, company policies, food handling certifications, safety standards, and cash handling procedures.
