As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional in-store merchandising support. You'll engage with retailers to build eye-catching displays, organize shelving with product rotations, and manage inventory effectively to optimize sales. Additionally, you'll assist with team leadership duties, including reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Are you prepared to transform the retail landscape with us?

- You are at least 18 years old
- You can perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and standing, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- You have reliable transportation to your work location
- You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- You have experience in leading and training team members
- You are skilled at documenting your work via smartphone or tablet
- You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- You are a motivated self-starter with a focus on achieving results
- You are capable of working independently while also fostering team collaboration
- You prioritize safety in all job functions, especially in a retail setting
