As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory, continually building the business through excellent customer experience and quality work.

Willing to work through Guitar Center certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques. - Training:
Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so they are retained.
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store-owned gear, as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
- Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products.
