Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.25 USD per hour. Pay Range / Rango salarial: $17.25 USD - $25.90 USD per hour.

At Target, Guest Advocates are advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty enrollment, and store cleanliness. They are knowledgeable about in-store and digital capabilities to drive adoption and guest loyalty, and provide a quick, easy shopping experience at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks.
• Assist guests in solving specific needs and answer questions about current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs; assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use features and offerings within the Target App, including Wallet, and how to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Handle returns in accordance with Target policies; collaborate with leaders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Operate in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner; report hazards and correct issues where possible.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up and Drive Up while complying with applicable laws (including adult beverage laws where relevant).
• All other duties based on business needs.
