• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of station store operations
• Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising
• Maintain high service standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Execute the food program and uphold quality standards

• Retail experience
• Supervisor or management experience
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring skills
• Experience handling food
• High school or college degree

• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours
• Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead per shift
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs

Hiring Range: $17.00 to $17.25 per hour.
