Location: Peoria HeightsJoin the Team at Beck’s Peoria Heights Car Wash
Beck’s Car Wash locations deliver that experience through fast service, strong teamwork, and consistent wash quality. The Assistant Car Wash Manager supports daily operations by working alongside the team, maintaining site standards, and assisting the Car Wash Manager in leading the location.
This position plays a key role in helping the team deliver great customer experience while keeping daily operations running efficiently.
What You Will Do:
Work alongside the team to run daily operations and deliver fast, friendly serviceLead by example to ensure vehicles are properly prepped and quality standards are met’Help manage traffic flow and keep operations running smoothly, especially during busy timesHandle customer questions and resolve issues professionallySupport scheduling, shift coverage, and team accountabilityProperly handle cash, including completing daily cash reconciliationHelp manage inventory and report equipment or maintenance needsMaintain a clean, safe, and professional siteTake the lead when the Car Wash Manager is not onsite

High school diploma or GEDMechanically inclined, or willing to learn basic equipment troubleshootingLeadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to lead by example and work alongside the teamComfortable in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work opening and closing shifts, including primarily opening shifts on weekendsAbility to lift up to fifty pounds and work in various weather conditionsBeck’s Benefits:
