As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper. At Falcon Farms, we value quality, commitment, and, above all, our team. We provide you with all the tools you need, including a planned route, to ensure success on every visit.

• Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 am–9:30 am.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance to stay connected.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
• Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during key festive dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed, while working independently.

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
