CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program to develop future leaders. This 16‑week self‑paced, collaborative training prepares candidates for a Store Manager role.
As part of the program you will work with your leader in Key Learning Experiences, support the store as a management team member, lead according to CVS values, engage customers, and contribute to profitability through merchandising and inventory control. 45 hours/week; pay $18.50–$28.67 per hour.
