Role
In-store Merchandising Support
Responsibilities Include- Building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation
- Tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities
- Supporting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience and leadership skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for periods
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and in teams
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for work recording
- Reliable transportation and minimum age of 18
- Training provided, no prior experience required
