Merchandising Lead

Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding purchases and promoting products and services;
Supervise associates in assigned area, assign duties, train on processes, and coach on customer service approaches;
Receive, stock, and merchandise supplies, organize and maintain sales floor, and set up displays;
Ensure safety and compliance, conduct safety sweeps, and report hazards; manage forklift safety and hazardous materials handling;
Maintain merchandise presentation, manage pricing and signage, rotate stock, and protect high-shrink items;
Monitor product quality, rotation, recalls, and sanitation standards according to policies.
