Overview:
The Merchandising Intern helps run Nub Ability’s summer pop-up shop and online store. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn retail operations, product development, budgeting, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:- Help design, source, and price new products
- Manage inventory for the camp shop and online store
- Set up, operate, and tear down the onsite Nub Shop
- Coordinate and train volunteer shop staff
- Maintain accurate POS and online inventory listings
- Work with marketing interns to promote merchandise
- Create visual merchandising layouts and product displays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable learning online retail platforms
- Interest in merchandising, retail, or entrepreneurship
- Ability to manage budgets and track inventory
- Must be available on-site July 13–19
$2,000 for 300 + completed hours
