Summary:
Looking for a full-time employee available on weekends and Holidays, both days and nights. Minimum 32 hours per week, with possibility of overtime. Performance will be evaluated every 45 days during the peak season to maintain the Shift Lead position. Applicants who are hired for but lack during Shift Lead performance reviews will be reduced to a standard sales-floor employee at the starting wage for the respective position.
Sales experience and good Customer Service skills are essential to this position. Will be meeting potentially upwards of 100+ customers individually, daily, to provide/assist with on-site sales of tickets, physical products and season passes as well as providing basic information about the resort and its services to guests. Must be able to efficiently familiarize yourself with product information and pricing to help customers find the items right for their visit.
Will ensure inventory is kept up-to-date and a safe and professional looking work environment is always maintained as well as familiarizing oneself with emergency protocols. Will need to communicate with managers when items in inventory are running low and/or if a problem occurs.
Loud work environment, with varying hot and cold temperatures, must be able to sit, stand, and walk frequently. Must be able to pick up 25+lbs.
