- Use expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and showcase the benefits of switching services
- Problem-solve and encourage business customers to commit to services
- A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training
- An Associate's degree or higher is preferred
- Experience in a sales or customer service role within the telecommunications industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
