• Walk‑in contractor service
• Order entry and processing
• Product identification and availability
• Fast, accurate transactional support

This role is hands‑on and customer‑facing. While some inside sales functions may be blended depending on workload, the primary responsibility is supporting contractors at the counter, and people calling in with quote requests.

• Assist contractors at the sales counter
• Answer calls and create quotes
• Identify electrical products and suggest appropriate solutions
• Enter orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide pricing and availability information
• Coordinate with warehouse team for order fulfillment
• Maintain organized counter and sales area
• Support outside sales as needed
• Uphold company standards of professionalism and service

• 1+ year experience in electrical supply distribution
• Familiarity with common electrical products (wire, breakers, lighting, fittings, panels, etc.)

• Electrical trade background
• Industrial or construction supply experience
• Strong technical retail experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand or sit at counter for extended periods
• Comfortable with basic business math (percentages, pricing)
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook; Sage 50 a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
