Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base + commission
OverviewWe are seeking a Financial Advisor to lead and grow a wealth management division within a well-established, community-focused financial institution.
This role offers the opportunity to step into an existing book of business while building new client relationships through a strong referral pipeline. You will be supported by an experienced team, structured training, and a client-first culture focused on long-term relationships—not transactional sales.

- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Build new client relationships through bank referrals, personal networks, and community outreach
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the wealth management division
- Create tailored financial strategies based on client goals and needs
- Establish referral partnerships with key community and professional contacts
- Base salary + commission structure with significant earning potential
- Established advisors earning $250K+ annually
- Built‑in pipeline through a community bank (warm leads)
- Long‑term growth with training and mentorship
- Strong emphasis on relationship‑building and client trust
- Supportive, team‑oriented environment
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred
- Life & Health Insurance licenses preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or consultative sales preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, e‑signature tools, etc.)
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and coachability
- Base salary + commission (flexible for candidates with an existing book)
