Location: Monee

Responsible for demonstrating homes and resort amenities to prospective buyers and completing paperwork or forms associated with the tracking of prospective customers and the sale of these homes. Must be able to effectively communicate with individuals of all levels on a daily basis to list and sell homes.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Show an average of _ homes and all community facilities to all prospective buyers, with a goal of approximately _ customers per day. Must be able to travel throughout the community on a golf cart and walk through each home and facility with the client. Must be able to present the features and benefits of the homes and the community.
  • Conduct preliminary sales screening of potential buyers on the phone.
  • Coordinate purchases by writing sales contracts and representing the Company. This may include the calculation of sales tax and monthly payment plans as well as running credit checks.
  • Interface with residents and buyers to list and sell homes. Must keep an up to date listing of available homes and send “Thank You” notes to all customers.
  • Work with the resort manager, regional sales manager and/or regional manager to develop the community sales & marketing plan in a manner consistent with the community business plan.
  • Maintain good resident relations through ongoing communications and an all-encompassing attitude of courteous respect and customer service without unlawful or improper discrimination.
  • Accomplish required administrative tasks accurately, thoroughly, efficiently, on time and with a good sense of priorities and in compliance with company policies.
  • Consult with and solicit input of the resort manager, regional sales manager or regional manager, keeping him/her fully informed through informal communications as well as accurate written reports.
  • Order and Coordinate with contractors, the regional manager, or the regional vice president of sales to ensure timely completion of new home set ups, if applicable.
