Anchor Pest Control is one of the fastest-growing pest control companies on the East Coast, and we’re looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to help clients stay pest-free!

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound calls, follow-ups, and outbound warm touches to current and past clients.
• Understand customer needs and requirements through consultative sales strategies.
• Calculates cost from company pricing tools
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Contacts customers after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional referrals.
• Work together with service technicians to find additional sales opportunities with our current client base

• Proven inside sales experience preferred
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school education or general education degree (GED) required (BA degree preferred)
