Joanna Kierys’ State Farm Agency, serving the Hinsdale and Justice, Illinois communities, is looking for a driven Insurance Sales Representative who communicates confidently, enjoys talking to people, and isn’t afraid to start conversations with someone new.
In this role, you’ll identify customers’ insurance needs, recommend coverage that best fits their goals, and help grow our agency by building long-term client relationships through networking and meaningful conversations. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a sales environment, and appreciate being rewarded for strong performance, this role offers excellent earning potential and opportunities for professional growth.

- Proactively generate new business by prospecting and following up on leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed agency sales goals.
- Present insurance options tailored to each customer’s individual needs.
- Support the agency’s marketing efforts by promoting our services and helping generate new business opportunities.
- Attend community events, networking functions, real estate events, and local business gatherings to promote the agency, build professional relationships, and expand our client base.
- Polish and/or Ukrainian language proficiency is required.
- Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred.
- Previous sales experience is preferred; insurance experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the confidence to initiate conversations and build relationships with prospective clients.
