• Client Engagement:
  Develop strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Sales Development:
  Utilize a strategic approach to identify and generate new business opportunities within the Tri-State area.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and expand client base.
• Account Management:
  Maintain existing accounts, providing exceptional service while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products.

• Licensing: A current Property & Casualty License is required or the ability to obtain one swiftly.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly within insurance, is advantageous.
