Automotive Service BDC Representative & Customer Retention Specialist

Job Title:

Automotive Service BDC & Customer Retention Specialist – $55K–$65K+

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000+ annual earning potential, structured as hourly base pay plus performance-based compensation tied to Parts & Service gross profit and dealership sales.

This is a full-time position focused on:

• Inbound and outbound service calls
• Service appointment scheduling
• Toyota and dealership service campaigns
• Customer retention and database follow-up
• Declined-service recovery
• Missed and canceled appointment recovery
• CRM follow-up and accountability
• Loaner vehicle coordination
• Generating incremental Parts & Service business
