Showroom Operations & Sales Coordinator

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for interior design? We are seeking a versatile Showroom Operations & Sales Coordinator to help run the daily operations of our shop. This is a "wear many hats" position where you will be the face of our showroom, engaging with clients, while simultaneously managing the logistical details that keep our business moving.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right individual who is eager to learn our product lines and grow with our team.

• Showroom Sales:
  Greet clients as they walk in, answer questions about our window treatments and interior design products, and guide them through their options.
• Operations & Logistics:
  Manage the "behind the scenes" workflow. This includes scheduling consultations, researching products and orders, checking on the status of customer deliveries, and coordinating logistics to ensure projects stay on track.
• Shop Management:
  Oversee general day-to-day shop tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and welcoming showroom environment.
• Product Expertise:
  Proactively learn our specific product lines to become a go-to resource for customers and the team.

Working hours:

9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Passion for Design: A genuine interest in interior design and window coverings.
• Versatility:
  You are comfortable balancing customer-facing sales tasks with administrative duties like scheduling and tracking orders.
• Strong Organization:
  You are detailed, self-motivated, and capable of keeping multiple tasks organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism:
  You represent our brand well and communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and the internal team.

• HS Diploma
