The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional client experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling. The role builds client relationships, contributes to sales goals, and supports the store team and brand standards.
Responsibilities- Provide personalized service, product recommendations, and styling guidance.
- Build client relationships and grow sales through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
- Meet individual sales goals and support team sales plans.
- Coach colleagues, support training, and contribute to team success.
- Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management.
- Prioritize customer experience while balancing store tasks and procedures.
- Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to use digital tools for client engagement preferred.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
