• Serve as the lead methodological advisor on sampling, recruitment, and field performance forecasting
• Recommend and oversee sample design, including strategies for hard-to-reach populations
• Monitor fieldwork and prepare analyses to evaluate performance and prepare forecasts
• Guide recruitment and incentive strategies across various survey modes
• Prepare materials and respond to technical audit questions for MRC accreditation compliance

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Survey Methodology, Statistics, Data Science, Social Science Research, or related field (Master’s or PhD strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in survey sampling, ABS, production management, or research methodology
• Strong understanding of ABS-specific operational challenges and methods for engaging underrepresented populations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations

• Experience interacting with the Media Rating Council or similar regulatory bodies
• Familiarity with ABS sampling vendors and evaluating external sample providers
• Experience developing flexible operational systems, such as dynamic incentives or adaptive sample deployment
• Demonstrated experience designing and interpreting field experiments and incentive tests
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with fluency in statistical tools for production modeling
