As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and respond to alarms and calls for assistance while delivering standout customer service and clear communication.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and documenting actions taken.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazardous conditions.

+ Monitor access points and interior/exterior activity, verifying authorized entry and/or visitor credentials in accordance with site requirements.

+ Complete routine reports and incident documentation, including logging patrol observations, access activity, and any unusual conditions reported to site leadership.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
