Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor entry points and restricted areas by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in and/or escort procedures, and reporting discrepancies to site leadership.;
Complete detailed reports, log entries, and incident documentation, and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and client representatives as needed.
