Allied Universal - Up to $24.72/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hallways, lobbies, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, and directing visitors to designated check-in areas and approved routes;
Complete security-related reports and documentation for incidents, patrol findings, and service requests, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff
